Type of Code Requested

There are three choices in this section, of which you will choose one. |
For point code blocks: If the network for which you are requesting a code does not contain an STP, and you go through a provider to connect to the SS7 network, you will request a point code block, and complete that section only.
For a small network code: If the network for which you are requesting codes has STP functionality, you may request a small network code.
For a large network code: If the network for which you are requesting codes has STP functionality and will contain 75 signaling points in the first year and 150 signaling points within 5 years; and will contain 6 STPs in the first year and 12 STPs within 5 years, you may request a large network code.
