NON-NANP SMALL NETWORK INSTRUCTIONS
This application form must be completed by any applicant wishing to secure an SS7 point code assignment and submitted to the SS7 point code administrator. The assignment will be made in conformance with the CCS Code Administration Guidelines described in ANSI T1.111.8, Normative Annex A.
NOTE: IF THE NETWORK YOU ARE REQUESTING CODES FOR DOES NOT CONTAIN AN STP (SIGNALING TRANSFER POINT), YOU MUST COMPLETE THE POINT CODE BLOCK APPLICATION.
Enter the requesting company name where indicated. Enter the area where you will be providing service. Enter all contact information where indicated. Enter the operations center contact information where indicated.
Enter the toal number of signaling points in the network. Note: the network must have STP functionality, and your projection of future codes required will be a consideration for issuing a small network code. Provide a list of existing signaling points. Provide a list of any previous point codes which have been assigned to you. Enter the number of cluster codes requested. Check whether the network will be operational within one year. Check whether the request will result in having more than four network codes assigned and, if yes, submit written justification based on the guidelines contained in ANSI T1.111.8, Annex A.*
